On the 9th May 2006 Emma Williams and Helen Cottington set off on their mammoth walk around the South West Coast of England in aid of Cancer Research.
The pair are taking in some of the most beautiful coastline in the world whilst punding up and down the valleys and hills.

The walk is expected to take 8 weeks and they will be walking an average 12 miles a day carrying all their kit with them.
